The fee for a diagnostic evaluation is $120.00. The fee for therapy is $100.00 per session. The fee for group therapy is $40.00 per session. All fees or copays are due at the time of service, and can be paid by cash or check. We provide invoices of fees and payments. We accept non-network/PPO insurance. Please contact your insurance company prior to beginning counseling. Many insurance plans require pre-certification in order to access your benefits. In cases where insurance covers the sessions, we will file the necessary claim forms on your behalf.
