Life takes us through many twists and turns, ups and downs. Sometimes all we need is the caring support of family and friends and a little time to adjust. At other times, we need professional assistance. Counseling provides a wonderful opportunity to confront life’s challenges, to heal from our pain, and to grow both as individuals and as partners in our relationships with others.
I have been working in the counseling profession since 1997, helping adults, children, and adolescents. I offer individual therapy, couples counseling, and psychoeducational groups. My specialty areas include depression and anxiety, post-partum mood disorders, abuse and trauma, grief/loss, gay and lesbian issues, spirituality, couples/relationship issues, parenting/family issues, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and childhood behavioral problems.
